On the International Women's Day, 8th March, QMW extends sincere greetings and the best wishes for the holiday to all female employees!
The QMW General Manager Mr. Li Qiuzhe, Deputy General Manager Mrs. Zhu Guihua, GWN APAC Team China Committee Mrs. Cheng Zhijuan, as well as all female employees of QMW participated in this celebration.

By over 10 years’ development, QMW Male to Female ratio is so far the best as compared to all offices with 70-30 across all employees and impressive at management positions with 42 % positions represented by women. QMW consistently supported women to play a leading role in the organization and to unleash their inner potential.

During this session, employees had the opportunity to share their stories of challenging in which they talk about career paths, work culture and stepping out of their comfort zone, and made impressive statement:

“Self-discipline and keep going.”
“Recognizing what I’ve accomplished due to the leadership of women.”
“Female can ‘take a seat at the table’ and express herself in a meeting room full of men.”

This is a challenged world. Individually, we're all responsible for our own thoughts and actions - all day, every day.
