YAMAL LNG PROJECT

The Yamal LNG project is one of the largest industrial undertakings in the Arctic. It eventually involves the drilling of more than 200 wells, the construction of 3 LNG trains, 5.5 million tons per train each year.
QMW undertakes the process module fabrication of Yamal LNG Package 8 which consists of 6 process modules, total 12,000MT. Taking the advantage of the mega module shop, QMW delivered the modules within 15 months, using the sub-module method. Yamal LNG modules are among the most complex process modules ever built in the industry, designed for the extremely harsh environment in Russian site with Extreme cold until -50℃.

JOGS PROCESS MODULES, AKAL BRIDGE, JACKET AND SUCTION PILES

This project is located in Gulf of Mexico and the Client is PEMEX. QMW undertakes 3 process modules. Taking the advantage of the mega module shop, QMW delivered the process modules within 6 months. Given the excellent performance of QMW, Client gave a subsequent order of some bridges, jackets and suction piles of the project to QMW. As identified by Client, QMW performed an excellent standard in terms of safety and quality, which is similar to the European fabrication yard.

PANYU SUBSEA

The Panyu Subsea Manifold is for the Panyu natural gas field project, located in South Sea of China. QMW undertakes 2 Pipeline End Manifolds, 1 central manifold and 2 Subsea Umbilical Termination Units, which are installed at water depths from 190 to 340 meters. The outstanding achievement of Inconel A625 tubing welding was highly appreciated by our client OneSubsea, as well as the delivery in schedule with a high level Safety and Quality performance.
