QMW Training Center

We have our own training center to provide various types of training programs to our employees including:

1. HSE Training

We conduct Safety Induction training for new-hired, re-hired, and subcontractor's employees, vendor, client, and visitor, and apprentice prior to their service for the company. Besides, the training center also manages all HSE trainings which are compliant with corporate, legal and business needs namely HIT, PTW-CSE, LOTO, BBSM, TRA, Fall Prevention and Protection and First Aids for all employees who are scheduled to work in the Yard.

2. Craft Training

We conduct trainings on craft skills or disciplines. The training center focuses on ten different craft disciplines. They are, welding, structure fitting, pipe fitting, scaffolding, rigging, painting and blasting, electrical maintenance, mechanical maintenance and instrumentation.

3. Business Training

We also take care of the company-related business trainings such as Quality Awareness, Train the Trainer (TTT), Managing Self Managing Others (MSMO), Leadership and 5S.
