| We have devleoped a very comprehensive overseas training program for our employee from different functions. Our employees are sent to McDermott's fabrication yard in Batam, Indonesia to attend a 6 month to 9 month training program including classroom training and the on-the-job training for learning all related working procedures / process, knowledge and quality standards from McDermott. All the training programs are well-structured, have oversight, have clear and specific goals. An experienced mentor will be assigned to each of our employees to help and guide them during the training program in Batam. |
